What to expect
No agency, no middlemen — you book directly with the duo.
We discuss everything in advance: how long we play, whether the music should be background ambience or an active part of the programme, and what we bring or what you provide on-site.
We arrive on time, fully prepared and work around your schedule. After that, two musicians and their instruments take care of the rest.
The duo has performed for companies in the automotive industry, for insurance and financial services firms, for banks, breweries and public institutions — as part of annual celebrations, gala dinners and cultural supporting programmes.
- Corporate events & annual celebrations
- Brewery festivals & folk festivals
- Weddings & birthday parties
- Pubs & tavern evenings
- Events with an international audience
How to enquire
We get back to you quickly — with a concrete quote.
Write to us by email or via the contact form. We're responsive and typically reply within 24–48 hours. Your quote will also include a non-binding date hold so the slot is reserved while you decide.
To give you the most precise quote possible, the following information is helpful:
- Date and approximate performance time
- Venue and type of event
- Estimated number of guests
- Whether a PA system is required — and if so, whether it is provided
- Any special requirements, e.g. soundcheck deadline
Frequently asked questions
How far in advance should I book?
As early as possible — as soon as you have a date, it's worth getting in touch. During the festival season (May–October) we recommend 6–12 months lead time; outside the season around 5–8 months. Popular dates fill up fast; the earlier you enquire, the safer your availability.
How long does the duo play?
Typically around 3–4 hours with breaks; longer sets are fine. As a walking act the structure is more flexible — no fixed programme, just music where the atmosphere needs it. We discuss this in advance.
Do you perform outside Germany?
Yes. We perform throughout Germany, in Austria, the Czech Republic and internationally on request. Past appearances include London and international stages across several European countries.
What about PA and sound equipment?
We prefer to play fully acoustic — no technology, direct and close to the audience. For larger events we can bring our own equipment or work with your event-production company.
As a general rule: if the performance is to be amplified, it is usually simpler and more reliable for the organiser to provide a PA system and an experienced local sound engineer. We are happy to send a technical rider on request.
How binding is a booking?
With the quote you receive a non-binding date hold — the slot is reserved while you make your decision internally. As we cannot hold dates indefinitely, you typically have a few days. A performance contract then makes the booking binding.
What does it cost?
We prepare individual quotes — pricing depends on factors like performance duration, travel and technical requirements. Send us a brief outline of your event and you'll receive a concrete offer.
Can I influence the repertoire?
Absolutely. We discuss song requests in advance and tailor the programme to your event — whether gentle background music during dinner or high-energy crowd moments later in the evening.
Can the duo play as a walking act in a marquee or beer tent?
Yes. As a walking act we move directly among the tables — no stage, no distance. Particularly effective during arrivals or early-afternoon at a folk festival or brewery event, this creates an atmosphere that staged performance alone cannot: intimate, spontaneous and immediately engaging. We can switch seamlessly between walking act and stage performance. Organisers interested in regular table music are welcome to get in touch.
